GUIDELINES TO STUDENTS IN THE BACK PACK

    1. Every student must carry their almanac and identity card to school each day.
  • No books other than textbooks or library books, magazines, or money may be brought to school without the principal’s permission.
  • Students are not permitted to bring mobile phones, smartwatches, or wristwatches to school. Strict action will be taken against defaulters.

CODE OF CONDUCT

COURTESY

    • Students should be polite and courteous to everyone, everywhere. Their language must reflect refinement.
  • Decorum must be maintained when speaking to teachers and seniors. Polite expressions such as “Excuse me,” “Thank you,” “Please,” “Sorry,” and “Could I?” should be used freely. Extending courtesies like holding the door for the next person is encouraged.
  • Courtesy should be extended to everyone, including peers and juniors. Helping younger students board or exit the bus, assisting them in finding a seat, or offering a kind word of praise or thanks can have a positive impact.
  • Students should develop the habit of greeting warmly with “Hello,” “How are you?” or “Good morning,” based on the age or position of the individual. Acknowledging the presence of a student or teacher, even if unfamiliar, is always a good gesture. Students should also greet those who clean the classroom, mend furniture, ring the bell, etc.

PUNCTUALITY & REGULARITY

  • A day or period missed at school is like a broken link in a chain.
      Please ensure regular attendance.
  • Students must not be late or miss any teaching, games, or library periods. Study regularly and review what has been taught in class daily.
  • Timely submission of assignments and projects is essential. Promptness reflects discipline and responsibility.
  • Students should keep their minds engaged in productive activities such as reading, solving puzzles, or completing assignments whenever they are free.

DISCIPLINE

  • Students must exercise restraint in their behavior.
Talking loudly in corridors, classrooms, assembly grounds, or any other area within the school is not permitted.
  • The morning assembly is compulsory for all students and teachers. Students must reach the assembly area promptly, in silence, and in a queue after the bell rings.
  • Students must queue up while moving between classes or while waiting for their turn. Classroom changes between periods should be conducted quietly and in an orderly manner.
  • Students are not allowed to make phone calls from school, nor will they be called to answer phone calls during school hours, except in emergencies.

HEALTH & HYGIENE

  • Neatness is the hallmark of a successful individual.
Students must always wear a clean, proper uniform and maintain good hygiene.
  • Students should use a tissue or handkerchief while sneezing and must cover their mouth while coughing, yawning, or sneezing.
  • The school has a well-equipped clinic. Periodic health check-ups are conducted to ensure a healthy environment for all.
